This location really needs to get it together I went a few weeks ago and decided to try it again last night same situation my food was over cooked and the area where the concession stand is nasty, I didn't even want to say my drink down to get my food, I mean all the other movie theaters I go to they have someone constantly sweeping, and keep the front of the house nice and presentable!! During the movie it says they are giving you a clean Theater if your going to say that make sure its a true statement!! Thanks

LOL I couldn't understand why any movie theater would have the AC turned on during the coldest time of the year and that being winter here in Michigan, just a little shocker was all. Not a bad theater.
I am writing this review to express my disgust with the way me and my family were treated at Emagine-Royal Oak on Tuesday. Tuesday evening at 6:30 I brought my two brothers to your theater to watch a movie. As they were in line there were quite a few high school students who had purchased tickets and were not stopped. We went for dinner and a show. Ended up leaving show cost too much and dinner all be it good was over priced...
Well the theater lobby and concession stand was dirty. The worse I've ever seen. This theater is in my neighborhood and I've been pretty disappointed in the last year how it has gone down hill in appearance. The concession prices are so out of the park. MJR is so much cleaner and pricing is much fairer. It's a little bit of a drive but well worth the price. Sorry to say this since I can walk to emagine. Also four people working behind concession counter but only one to wait on us. Ridiculous
