I asked these 2 white ladies to please be quiet during a movie and they continued to talk. I talked to a manager and manager went in to asked them to be quiet as well. They continued to talk for the 2 hours of the movie when the manager should have kicked them out.

I enjoyed myself however I wasn't pleased with the fact there were 2 rude girls sitting in my preordered seats!
We have not been to Emagine theatre in almost two years because every time we went the employees were rude and parking is a nightmare. We usually only go to the Star theatre even though Emagine is only two minutes from our house. Today we visited the emagine, because Star was sold out, and what a mistake. The parking was a nightmare, the lady at the ticket desk was rude, and the place was a mess. We went to see the pre-opening of Fifty Shades of Grey on Thursday and due to parking in Royal Oak we are running a little late and wanted to eat ahead of time. So we decided to go to the emagine grill. The place wasn't very busy with only maybe 5-7 tables full. No one ever came to wait in on us. My friend had to go and find menus and a waitress.
