RecommendedThe movie was great. My popcorn was not freshly made, but it was fine. Staff was alert, but not friendly. Seats are very comfortable. I was in theatre 3 and it was freezing cold. So thankful I had my coat, gloves and scarf. This was the first negative experience for me and I know it was a fluke. The HVAC is being fixed I was told as I mentioned to customer service on my way out of the theatre. No apology, however, or offer of a refund.

RecommendedLove the theater however we ordered chicken fingers and fries which cost $10.50 and the portion of fries was tiny. I went up and asked about it and they said you get 5oz of fries. And you have to pay $.25 for dip for your chicken fingers. Seriously high way robbery.
first time going there from a smaller non- higher tech theater before it's a bit confusing and a couple workers helped but then others nothing. the recliners were great and the popcorn was really good
They DO NOT honor handicap seating . . . they let people reserve seats next to a handicap spot that are supposed to be reserved for a "companion" to the handicap person. If someone else reserves it that does not have a handicap person with them they DO NOT make them change their seat (despite what it says when you order the tickets).

We went tonight to see Solo, having enjoyed every other experience we have ever had at a Emagine theater. Someone sat next to use and proceeded to smoke a vape pen. I was so irritated by the stench of it I reported it to the management and they investigated. The person kept on doing so and nothing happened. So we got up and left and asked for our money back.
