We went tonight to see Solo, having enjoyed every other experience we have ever had at a Emagine theater. Someone sat next to use and proceeded to smoke a vape pen. I was so irritated by the stench of it I reported it to the management and they investigated. The person kept on doing so and nothing happened. So we got up and left and asked for our money back. It was only at that point the issue seemed to be taken as serious as it should have been. I hope this is just a isolated incident because we enjoy coming to your theater... read more
Movie was great, seating selection and reserved tickets was nice, large isles for staff catering and guests to maneuver through without being an inconvenience for others was nice! Not so nice, staff was friendly, definitely friendly but incredibly slow service not to mention none of the staff members offered assistance to others nor freely put forth effort to acknowledge your existence unless others went directly to a crew member. Very nice seats�. Half the stalls in the women's bathroom were out of service�. 3 stations to get refreshments �.
Nice to have a theater in Saline, but the theaters are small so on several occasions we have gone early to buy tickets and they are already sold out. More often than not lately there being good close is of no real value.
Second visit and everything would have been awesome except my food was forgotten both times.
After experiencing the Emagine theatre I will never go to a regular theater again.
Very strange theater experience. Assigned seats, which is odd. So I had to sit next to a stranger in a nearly empty theater. The reclining seats are strangely not very comfortable. The seat part is too long. If your back is up against the seat back, your knees can't bend naturally. The sound proofing is terrible. Lots of sound bleeding through from an adjacent auditorium.
