First time on Friday night for 7:15pm Blade Runner. Had to select seats at ticket purchase, and chart showed theater nearly sold out. But when the show started, the theater was 1/2 empty... what gives? Would have loved to have had better seats in middle of theater that wound up empty for the show, especially since we were early. Couldn't sit a family of 4 together. Have assigned seats. Also was told tickets were 6.00 on phone. When we got to the theater the tickets was then 12.00. When adked why the gentelman said it was a "popular" movie!! So u jack up the prices???
Small theaters, sound bleeds from next door theaters. People seem very nice. Theaters have those luxury reclining seats but you are forced to select assigned seats (no thanks ever) which makes this a no-go for me. Very nice physical setup, nice architecture. I've given the place three tries and live 6 minutes away, but will continue to make the 30 minute drive out to AMC Livonia with its huge screens, perfect sound with no cross-theater sound bleed and unassigned seats so you can move wherever you want.

I love this theatre. The problems that I have with it are the concessions and the loyalty program. The concessions stand is confusing and slow. There is only one terminal to order food. You don't know which line to get into for popcorn. Checking out is really slow because they never seem to have enough people working. First visit to this theatre. I am a veteran and have students, asked for discount like other Emagine theaters and was told no. The staff says they have advised management but they don't listen to them. This was very disappointing. Went to buy popcorn at 8:05 for an 8:15 movie and took until 8:20 to buy due to staffing levels or training. Not sure which? Also disappointing.
