Extremely easy...walked right up, shows the voucher on the app and was asked shoe sizes. Will definitely use it again.
Get ready to have a good time. I was surprise the customer service and enviroment was great.
The place gets busy, we tried going a couple of times but they didnt have lines available; but once we got in, it was so much fun! the people working there were very helpful! cheap food and drinks.

They were very helpful and quick to process the Groupon get us a lane and shoes. The lanes and establishment were very clean and we had a great time.
