I HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO BOWL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible experience, even after 24 hours after purchasing the coupon, employees did not want to honor the deal and said if you purchased after 5pm, Groupon closes and does not process the transaction and therefore you have to wait till the next day even though I went there 24 hours after I had purchased like it states. Made no sense, waste of a trip for me to drive to this location twice. If this is true this should be clearly posted on the deal. New workers💔
There was a wait time that lasted over an hour. Regulars were upset because they had to wait as well. Most days they have bowling leagues come in for tournaments and as well as practice. So this definitely delays the check in process since the league gets priority bowling. Not sure why they have lanes open but still make you wait. Not going to lie it was like 5-8 lanes not being occupied.
They need to update the facility. Very run down
Poor customer service, rude, and seemed unhappy with helping us when we asked for assistance. My family and I will not go back.
The heavy set gentlemen that works behind the counter is very rude and unpleasant.
Don’t bother going to this establishment. Super rude employees, the main one being the “food and beverage manager” who literally tried to start a fight with my husband when he questioned paying for a drink refill because we weren’t aware there was a charge to refill a drink that wasn’t fully filled to begin with. The entire staff working the concession area was disrespectful. Will never return.
This center cheated with Groupon coupons. Instead of 2 hours, they allowed only 30 minutes to play & took away balls. I know Groupon coupons have restrictions for weekends but I was there on Thursday after 2 hour drive. Before visiting the center I called on phone & they said it’s first come first serve. No reservations. But they didn’t inform that they have league match & no one allowed after 5:45pm.
