Lane kept breaking down and they said that they couldn't give us any extra time to finish our game, even though we waited about 20 minutes combined (over 3-4 break-downs) on repairing the lane.
Did not get to used by the date and if showing redeemed.
The manager wouldn't let us use the handicap bowling ramp, even though we had a handicap person with us. All we wanted was the handicap person and our 5 year old kid to use the ramp and the manager said that the kid is not allowed to use it. Eventually we had to talk to another higher up manager to get him to agree to the kid using the ramp.
Play area is terrible. Tables are pushed back far away from the area to bowl. No privacy spacer booths or place to sit. Just table and chairs. Old place and staff are rude. Your table can be stolen by an overcrowded family ! Mine was. There is no set area. I would never come back.
It was okay. Nothing stood out. Nothing was extraordinary. It was just okay.
someone or this placed redeemed my Groupon. I am still waiting on Groupon to resolve this matter.
