It went very well. They came at the appointed time to measure the window. We agreed on the features for the replacement window and set a time frame to install. They called and scheduled a day to install. At that point we ran in to a few problems. The installer found significant water damage in the wall around the window. They do not do that extensive repair work so they installed the window temporarily and we went looking for a contractor. The window installation went well, no issues. Good quality windows and work - on time, efficient, and clean. And it made a huge improvement in the room temperature. We couldn't use the dining room because the old windows allowed all of the summer heat or winter cold into the room. Now it's very pleasant. It was like adding an extension to the house!
In their company description "Honesty, real value, no pressure sales" I found this to be true. I had question and concerns about various situations for the install. And in every case I got a timely response. The bid was not the lowest nor the highest. I had bids from 4 companies with various brand products and options. Their people make the difference. I would do business with them again in a heart beat. I strongly recommend them.
It went great. They were on time, work was performed as expected. No issues. Have not had to call them.
The whole process was perfect. Estimates were easy and it never felt high-pressure to me. When they came to measure the three windows, they measured all the other ones I plan on replacing in the future, so I can just order when ready. Install was surprisingly fast and painless. Would highly recommend and will be using them for all future window replacement

Replaced 7 large picture windows in an upstairs room. Previously were single pane aluminum from around 1970. These performed worse than the original 1925 windows! We have south and west exposure, thus a 200-degrees sauna in the summer. And because they were so drafty, that room was easily 10-15 degrees colder than the rest of our house in the winter and we basically had to close off the room to keep the upstairs livable.
