Sale person was knowledgeable and trustworthy. The project coordinator was thorough and professional. The installers were very skilled and friendly.
Install went great. Should have been informed prior to day of install that blinds and curtains needed to be removed.

ECE outbid the other four estimates we received, but the fact that their installation warranty matched the lifetime warranty on the windows we purchased made our decision for us. The sales rep who came out to the house was refreshingly straightforward and easy to work with. No high pressure tactics were used -- a plus rarely encountered. Installation went smoothly, and finished ahead of schedule. I'm only a month in, but am very pleased with our new windows.
It all went quite well. They weew neat and efficient. This is our second use of this compamy. We were pleased enough to seek them out again.

I had a great experience from first contact to installation. Communication was timely, everything was right on schedule. There were a few items I failed to mention and the installers were able to accommodate every change with grace. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Amazing. They came on time and did a fantastic job. They kept work areas nice and clean. Windows and trim came out beautiful.
