The yard aeration went just fine. No surprises. I thought it was a good value for the money. Service tech was prompt and thoroughly covered all parts of the yard. Our grass is now responded two weeks later and is definitely greener than our neighbors - which is rare!
I've used Emerald Lawns in the past and had great service so I was pleased when they offered a Big Deal. I had planned to have them start treating my lawn regularly following the core aeration. I tech came out promptly to assess my lawn but I called his number on the note he left and left a message and never got a call back. I also emailed Emerald Lawns in mid-December after not getting a call back and it wasn't until mid-January that they responded to my email. The guy who comes is so nice and friendly. He is also very helpful. There weren' t any unexpected issues to occur.
