They are excellent. They always address my questions. They also are willing to address any problem I might have.
Emerald came out early in the morning and performed these services and attached the invoice to the door! I can already see a difference in the lawn! We have had a horrible drought here in Texas, and I thought my lawn was dead. Emerald has fertilized it regularly and provided tips that I have been following. These people are amazing, very polite on the phone and always on schedule! I will continue to use them in the future!! I was very please with the cost of the service as well. Works well within my budget!!
The only complaint I have is that once I made the initial phone call to schedule service, I was told that someone would get back to me within a week but I waited more than 2 weeks before I had to give in and call them back and force their hand into coming over to my house and doing the work. I am sure part of the reason was that it was a very busy time for them with everyone wanting the same service. But then, as a paying customer, that was unacceptable to me. However, in the end I was very pleased with a job well done.

They are good about calling and letting you know they are coming. I did not however, see any improvements with my lawn. They accidentally cut my cable line while poking holes in the yard.
