John B. and his crew were both friendly and efficient. Can't wait to see how the lawn looks a month from now!
They came very early. They did a great job. They kept me in the loop at all times. They let me know about some wires in the ground that I did not know about. I liked them, I would happily recommend them.
The crew arrived on time with 2 core aerators and got right to work. They were done in about 30-45 minutes. It appeared the lawn was properly aerated, and I could see the soil plugs on top of the grass. I was happy with the service, and I will be considering them for lawn fertilization and pest mgmt services.
October 6, 2011: Initially we were pleased with Emerald Lawn's service. The lawn was green and thriving. During the summer I mentioned to the service representative that bald spots were appearing in the lawn. I had attempted to encourage growth with dillo dirt and other products which had worked in the past. The representative said that there was too much ground cover on the spots and to remove it. We are on a yearly contractand have been happy with them. Their pricing seems reasonable. I will use them again in the future.
I got them off Angie's List. I called them out because I am having a big party. I was having some problems with my front yard because of the heat down here. They came out and they were very nice. They told me what was going on and they put some peat moss on it. I did use my Angie's List discount coupon. They were up front with me and told me it was going to be a slow process. They tell me what they are going to do and then they do it. They give me a heads up the day before they come. That works conveniently for me because I know when they are going to come. The lawn has been decent since I gave them the contract.
