Dr. Shadduck gave me plenty of time to discuss my pending surgery. He was informative in ways a lay person could readily understand. Dr Shadduck asked me if I had questions, I did, and then he gave detailed answers. He included my husband in our discussion and asked him if he had any questions, he did, then Dr Shadduck addressed my husband's questions. Preparing for surgery can be an unsettling experience, but I'm comforted in knowing that Dr Shadduck will be the one doing my proceedure.
I was a nurse “back when” Dr. Shadduck was new on the scene. He’s always had a stellar reputation but had never seen him as a patient. I saw him for a consult and it was the most comprehensive review of my medical history ever done. No surgery for now~he’s referring me to another specialty for consultation and f/up. Very Pleased!
Excellent experience. Dr. Shadduck took a lot of time to explain everything up front, and my recovery has gone very well, now 3 months out. I knew I was in good hands when one of the pre-op nurses complimented me on my choice of surgeons!
Dr Shadduck spent a great deal of time going over my results and explained everything in a way that was understandable. He displayed great bedside matters. He did not appear to be in a hurry and for that I am thankful.

I was new patient, with low expectations. I had several issues needing review. Inconceivable!! He gave us ( wife was with me ) 90 minutes!! So thorough , knowledgeable, patient with us . I am 70 years old , been around a few blocks , but never in my experience received such time and attention and Care Run…don’t walk to make your next appointment with Dr Shadduck

The best doctor I have ever encountered. From my first meeting with him to surgery, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Provided lots of info about my diagnosis to help me make the best decision for myself. I had gallbladder cholecystectomy and the surgery/recovery went amazing! Dr. Shadduck shows that he loves what he does and has a genuine care for his patients! I am grateful that I was referred to him.
