I talked to Rick, he was informed he had bad fuel and a weak fuel pump. He had requested to do the repair himself and has not yet performed any repairs on his vehicle so the fact that it does the same thing really is not our fault.
Two bad experiences Recently brought my vehicle in to have the brake light switch replaced. Since the switch has been replaced, the ESC off displays every time I drive the vehicle. Emery wouldn’t really examine any possible relationship between the two. Last week I brought the vehicle in for an intermittent check engine light. Diagnosis revealed a torn cold air intake hose. Bob, installing the rubber pad the brake switch activates on would not cause an ESC concern so unfortunately we are not going to diagnose another concern for free unrelated to the repair we performed. The key to your second concern is intermittent, there were multiple codes and the tech needed to isolate everything and actually smoke test the intake system to find the leak all of which took time. Poor communication I brought my truck in for about $1900 worth of services and repair to Emerys sight unseen as i just moved to the area as they said they could perform them all. I set an appt with them about a week after calling for estimate. Brought truck in that morning, service asvisor was polite and professional. Beware! On price quote and upcharge for OEM PARTS.. First visit the call quoted price changed once I got there. They honored the phone quote because I complained. I stop by for addition work and The guy first refused to put in after market parts. He said OEM ONLY!. I told him I didn't care about the warranty so he proceeded to pretend to search for the part and 3 seconds l as ter said he couldn't get the part. Beware not very much on customer service. Really who doesn't try to save a customer money.

There is no record of Joe Della ever getting anything repaired at my shop. There is no way for us to accurately quote any job without seeing the vehicle we can give ROUGH ESTIMATES, and we do not install customer supplied parts because more times than not the parts are wrong or cheap China white box shit.
New tires Had Emery replace all four tires and do an alignment while I waited, was told might be three hours, out in just over two!!
Money for nothing🎶 Asked for a repair and gave permission to work on my vehical. I was expecting to pay anywhere from 800 to 1000$ as i was told, but instead charged me 235$ for just looking at it and wasted time.
