I prefer to understand what the services are to be done and their anticipated cost before they are started. I was charged a diagnostic fee $95.00 plus shop charges +$35.00 that said the diagnosis was what I sent it in for. It does not appear any diagnosis was done. When I asked Casey what are the records you could provide re: the diagnosis ("I cannot, we don't print anything out".) We explained everything to your neighbor fully before attempting to diagnose the concern. We did not charge you the $35 shop charges so that is not necessarily the truth either. Not happy with service Felt like I was over charged. I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my RV and have the vehicle checked for trip. Although the invoice states courtesy inspection and they gave me an inspection form that states we performed the following free inspection. I was charged $125 extra for this inspection. The total bill for a 6 quart SW 20 oil change, inspection and wiper blades was $380.00 with tax. So anyway this inspection stated I needed wiper blades they were ($68) and nothing else. Service I get my oil changed there all the time. Went to have them look for a slow leak in my tire. They fixed it at no cost.
Honest and straightfowatd Stopped in after dealer said I would need brakes soon. The technician looked over the brakes and determined I had about 6-7 mils remaining. Didn't need brakes. Won't be going back to the dealership. Emery is my new service provider.
Scammers I got a quote to get some work done on my truck and it sounded pretty reasonable. $968 for a water pump replacement. I scheduled an appointment and brought my truck in and sign the paperwork for $968. 3 hrs after I brought my truck, in I get a call from them and they say that they made a mistake and the job will be $300 more, oh and it’s going to be longer than the one day they told me before I brought it in. They were honest! I was told my bill for diagnosing my bmw would be 184$ when I got there my bill was 57$ because they couldn’t run a total check on my transmission. I will give them my business down the road just because they didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes Thank you Emery
Too much money! I paid too much money for the reading of my codes on the trucks computer. Was looking for a new place to repair my F-350. This ain’t the place! Sorry

Bill Harris had a 2000 F350 with a 7.3L Diesel engine. He came to my shop requesting diagnostics be performed on his 7.3L diesel. I had no one available so I said I would look at it myself on a day we were jammed packed with work I accomidated Bill Harris to ease his mind and got him right in. After performing a peliminary inspection I pulled the diagnostic codes P1277 Injector #7 low/high.
