They were all so very sweet and helpful. The consultation was quick and they were very informative and helpful. I will be getting adult braces with their office and I didn’t feel pressured to go with Invisalign nor did I feel embarrassed about my choice. Some dentist offices will surely pressure you to make their sale or shame you for not going with their recommendation. Not this office, they were very lovely from start to finish. I was referred to this office by my dentist for an infected tooth, to determine if a root canal or extraction was needed. I informed them that I did not carry dental insurance. First they take an X-ray, over $300, then they say that another 3D image is required because they could not determine what was needed in the first, again, over $300!! This place is always so professional, comfortable, and the best of the best at their job. They are worth every penny you pay for, and I have been going to them for years. Extra note, on my last visit, a guy named Mikey at the front desk went above and beyond at being professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this place for all your specialty dental needs.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! I really am going to miss everyone that works here. You 1000% get what you pay for, if not more. Would recommend it a million times over!!!
Dr Goel was unable or unwilling to answer some questions I had about the procedure before we proceeded. I informed the Dr Goel about known airway issues that I have. During the procedure she informed me of an additional cost that might be incurred. She then lowered my head below my chest which blocked my airway. She wanted to continue the procedure without assuring me of my airway, and pressured me to continue. I refused because I DID NOT FEEL SAFE and no longer trust her or the practice because of their practices.
