We had the chance to meet Dr. Kellye at a visit when our orthodontist was out of town. We were so impressed at the care she provided to our son. The whole team at Empire Dental is excellent and we bring our whole family there because they truly are the best! Thanks again to you and your team Dr. Kellye! You all are amazing! I highly recommend this practice those in the Dayton/ Westchester area.
They were all so very sweet and helpful. The consultation was quick and they were very informative and helpful. I will be getting adult braces with their office and I didn’t feel pressured to go with Invisalign nor did I feel embarrassed about my choice. Some dentist offices will surely pressure you to make their sale or shame you for not going with their recommendation. Not this office, they were very lovely from start to finish. This place is always so professional, comfortable, and the best of the best at their job. They are worth every penny you pay for, and I have been going to them for years. Extra note, on my last visit, a guy named Mikey at the front desk went above and beyond at being professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this place for all your specialty dental needs.
Dr Goel was unable or unwilling to answer some questions I had about the procedure before we proceeded. I informed the Dr Goel about known airway issues that I have. During the procedure she informed me of an additional cost that might be incurred. She then lowered my head below my chest which blocked my airway. She wanted to continue the procedure without assuring me of my airway, and pressured me to continue. I refused because I DID NOT FEEL SAFE and no longer trust her or the practice because of their practices.
If I could give less than one star, I would. The doctor had no bedside manner and made me feel completely uneasy about working with him. He canceled on us not once, but twice—the second time being the day before the scheduled surgery. Honestly, it felt like a blessing in disguise. They offered to reschedule us with another doctor at their Westchester office for the same day, so we went with that option.
