This place is always so professional, comfortable, and the best of the best at their job. They are worth every penny you pay for, and I have been going to them for years. Extra note, on my last visit, a guy named Mikey at the front desk went above and beyond at being professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this place for all your specialty dental needs.
I feel very confident in the care I have received here. The doctors are kind, thorough, and professional. The visit was not rushed through and several options were discussed. I was able to get an appointment quickly.
If I could give less than one star, I would. The doctor had no bedside manner and made me feel completely uneasy about working with him. He canceled on us not once, but twice—the second time being the day before the scheduled surgery. Honestly, it felt like a blessing in disguise. They offered to reschedule us with another doctor at their Westchester office for the same day, so we went with that option. Only gave the experience a 4 because I am very uncomfortable with my teeth being messed with. Doctor was great. Assistant great. Least amount of pain after. Will go to them again if I have more problems.
Beginning with the receptionists to the girls who took x-rays to Dr. Goel everyone was professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended! 👌
