Wonderful staff and updated apartments We love living at the Enclave. The properly manager, Damien, is extremely personable and is definitely someone we can count on as residents here. The appliances are updated, the bedrooms are very spacious and we have a nice community of neighbors.
So nice and spacious Toured the apartment and loved how spacious and nice the unit was!! Upgraded apartments and a great floor plan. Plus the leasing staff are so nice!!

Love this place! Great location to anything you could need, safe area, grounds well kept and clean, maintenance team very efficient, lots of community events planned, amenities are nice (they even have peloton bikes in the gym!), great size apartments for the price, tons of parking, and wonderful and friendly staff. Retired Moved from NY once retired to Charlotte. Very nice and maintained community. Spacious apartments with walk in closets in each room. Good size balconies. In good distance of shopping areas. Close to highways and uptown Charlotte

Adjusting Good area for shopping. Outlet not far. Airport is close. Quiet neighborhood kept clean. If you love the city life, it's not for you but it's about 25 minutes away from uptown. Close to numerous supermarkets. Not far from Carowinds.....just down the block. Since SC is about 8 minutes away, not far from bottomless mimosas because it's illegal in NC....
Awesome Staff I have been leaving here for over 2 years and I must say I really and truly enjoys it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Like any other place from time to time staff do get busy but whatever I request it does get down. Great community and great area for stores
