Issues with flooding- Not recommended I lived at the Enclave for a year. I had issues with the upstairs apartment flooding into my apartment. On one occasion the leak lasted for days before maintenance could fix it and they bought a loud humidifier to help stop the water. Needless to say there was damage to the walls and flooring because of the large amounts of water running into the apartment prior to the humidifier. An Insulted Resident I'm a current resident at The Enclave at Rivergate. I have lived here since the complex opened, about 5 years ago. In October, I received a knock on my door from maintenance about my water heater was leaking into the downstairs apartment & they would need to turn my water off overnight & the next day as they allow the pipes to drain before they change out all the pipes & fix.
