awesome place to live! We moved in here in August of 2021, and we’ve had the best time. Meeting our neighbors, the staff is fun and very attentive. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent property and staff! We told the assistant manager Damian that we needed to be moved in within 48 hours and he made it happen in 24. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful, would recommend this complex to anyone.

Great Place to live My wife and I moved from a home up North to The Enclave at Rivergate two years ago. After comparing 10 different apartment complexes we felt the Enclave had the best offering. Since than we have not been disappointed in our decision. We love the location, and love living at the Enclave at Rivergate great staff great maintance great space & amenities we highly recommend if you’re in the market take a hard look!
It's a Home. I recently had to move from a Four bedroom house to The Enclave at the rivergate Apartments.My daughter was on her way to college and we needed to down size.At first it was an uncertain move because having a house had its advantages like space, space for my pet,safety, ect. Soaking up the space Enclave @ Rivergate have the best floor plans with the most space for your budget. Close to up and coming Ft Mill, SC where gas is cheap and there is no tax on food! Friendly staff and the pool opens early April to start the summer off right!
Not great, not horrible The apartment complex is not horrible but I wish I would've looked and settled elsewhere. The term "luxury apartments" is being abused. On a positive note, Leanna has been great to work with, the complex is in a great location and it is a relatively quiet area. On a not so positive note, for starters the application/ move in process was quite lengthy and their systems had a number of technical issues that added to the delays. Verified Renter It has not been great! At first glance it looks good but a closer look will look a lot different these are suppose to be luxury apartments the only thing that is luxury is the price! The management are really nice the people who live here seem nice as well! The lack of maintenance and the quality of work that is done in the apartments and total lack of maintaining functional amenities that we pay for is where I have a big problem

Verified Renter I just don’t recommend it here. First it was okay, but went downhill fast. Has mold issues, mold is still present too…. They don’t care about it. The toilet less leaking and it just seems like issues are not a priority here. For the price they charge, look elsewhere. Oh and your car will get broken into as well. Parking lot lighting at night is terrible.
