Encompass is terrific! My cousins came in with limited mobility and very low expectations. Within 10 days they were both on their feet ready for the next stage of their lives. The facility is immaculate, the staff is highly skilled and highly compasstionate. Even the food was good!

Staff was professional and friendly. They delivered on what they promised. My husband was transferred to Encompass after hip surgery and with a broken neck and broken back. I watched as they were able to take him from being bedridden to walking 35 steps. Ultimately a stroke ended his rehab experience and I brought him home. I highly recommend Encompass for anyone in need of their services.

I thank Encompass Health Rehab Hospital on Jefferson in Albuquerque. Words are inadequate to express my family's gratitude for caring for my husband after he suffered a stroke. The team was attentive in complete care as he began helpless. They evolved in caregiving as his abilities increased, encouraging him with patience as he continued in and out of confusion. We moved our elderly friend from Genesis (which we found to be a terrible experience) to Encompass. At Genesis, our friend endured deplorable conditions--no bath for two weeks, left sitting in soiled clothes for hours and received no rehabilitation. After reaching out to Encompass, I spoke with Devin Lujan, and on the day of the transfer, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. I just want to THANK the staff at Encompass for an amazing job with caring for my father! He enjoyed his Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Most staff other then PT/OT were good. Unfortunately, my father did catch COVID19 from there but has recovered. He was placed at another facility that houses asymptomatic patients and not a day goes by that he wishes he was back at Encompass because they took better care of him! I wish Encompass PT/OT would be able to visit him at home.
