Get directionsMy mother-in-law fell and broke her hip at the end of December, 2016. Following surgery and a week in a hospital, she was transferred to Healthsouth in Arlington, Texas, where she spent another week. Our overall experience was good and we would recommend this facility to others Facility All the patient areas had just been remodeled when we arrived, and the office areas were in the process of being remodeled. So everything was modern, spacious, and comfortable. Staff With only one exception, all the staff were friendly, ... read more
Great care from Dr Foster, the nursing staff and therapists. Shout out to Stella RN, Richard RN, Khanh PTA, and Heather for being super! We hope to see you all again very soon after the inflammatory process is resolved. T Logan family.
I was transferred to HealthSouth after a very complicated knee surgery for rehab. I had been in another rehab facility previously so I was very apprehensive coming here. My concerns were soon relieved after I met my caregiver team and physician. They completely put me to ease and laid out my rehab plan to get me home safely. The facilities are very nice. The hospital has a beautiful common are where patients and family can gather, watch TV or even work on a jig saw puzzle. The area is very inviting and cheerful. Another n... read more
My mom spent weeks there and she did not have a good experience. After her stay there, she had bedsores. This facility is more concerned about making money. If you have a loved one that is unable to advocate for himself/herself, this is not the right place. Not sure why office experience was selected for me, but this place needs a great deal of improvement in care quality.

I had a recent stay at hospital and I thought I had a good stay but according to Ty Taplin I did not and was immediately denied additional time to stay. So because I had a complaint against my case mgr (Rose) for not returning email or phone calls I didnt have a good sta and not allowed back. I guess the CEO was butt hurt over complaint and can use his personal agendas to decide on who gets to stay. I live 5 minutes from hospital but now my 17 year old daughter has to drive to west ft.worth location to see me way to go Ty

My 91 year old Mother was sent here after a week in the hospital. The hospital told me she was a high fall risk and needed 24 hour care because she was so ill and weak. At first she thought it was a nice place, and I did too when I visited. And then the problems started. Mom has dentures that give her problems, as well as problems with her esophagus so she has to be careful what she eats. When she told them again that she couldn't eat what they delivered, someone from the cafeteria told her she just wanted attention. What!... read more

The physical therapy group at this facility, Gina came to my room the second day. I was standing with a Jersey type dress on (could see my panty line) she hit me on the incision of my back. Her reason she said for doing that was checking to see if you had your brace on. This was the first improper behavior, my 1st room was not a private room as my insurance paid for. They had an admit in the middle of the night and begged me to allow her to stay. The next morning they moved me to 111, this room appeared hadn't been occupied... read more
I would love to rate the treatment I recieved, however, I chose to leave before I had the opportunity to do anything. The nurse that came to my room was rushed, within 5 minutes, she never used my name, she wanted me to undress and have her assist me with a shower. This is at 3:30 in the afternoon. I was still holding my portable 02, no hello, no do you want to get comfortable, no this is where you will put your things and no here is where you plug your oxygen in. When she ask me about the shower, I ask if she was an ... read more
The PT at Cresent Medical in Lancaster TX and Worker's Comp went around my surgeon and sent me here. I was made to do PT less than a week after a spinal fusion in contradiction to what my surgeon said. I lost 12lbs in 4 days due to the food, and still do not know the extent of damage this may have caused. My surgeon had me discharged as soon as he found out I was there. I was also admitted to the hospital for 2 days after leaving due to infection. Be very concerned if your insurance wants to send you here.
