PT staff and Nurse`s good,However Doctors and their treating of OTHER THAN PT is in great need of addressing.Place is clean and food is great,but is THAT what is MOST important?.Make sure PT AND Doctor is at FAMILY MEETINGS!!!

My wife is in for the second time after back surgery. The physical therapists are great. The nursing staff is only so-so. I think I could take better care of myself at home.

I am highly disappointed in this rehab. My mother has been here for about 2 weeks and there has been nothing but negligence. There has been 2 occasions that I've come to see my mom and her blood sugar has been dangerously low and the last time, her sugar was in the teens and she's had to be placed in ICU, not to mention that they have not been monitoring her blood pressures either. ABUSIVE ....my mother was brought in after a double bypass and a stroke. It was posted that she was a fall risk. They left off the bed alarm allowing her to get up alone. Knowing she Could easily become confused. She fell and lay in the floor for 10 mins before anyone came. Same day a staff member putting her in bed with it flat , let her fall straight back, she tossed the heart pillow at my mom while she lay there in pain. stating that's why you should hold this.
