The staff at the Encompass Health Ocala location was on point! They asked questions and followed up almost immediately. They were courteous, thoughtful and kind. The transition from my initial hospital to the Ocala Encompass hospital was seamless and everything happening was described in detail prior to execution. I went into Encompass rehab in The Villages after extensive surgery. I was "out of it" but I did not have to worry because I was well taken care of. I could not endorse a medical and management staff enough. I never had to wait for medical care when requested. They always had a good disposition and made me feel like I was always safe and had the best medical care possible.

Outstanding service ladies very very polite very efficient couldn't say nicer things about the place Believe it or not the food was good order off the menu breakfast lunch and dinner normally hospital food sucks worse than the county jail that was surprised the food is very good
