If you have acute problem DO NOT rehab at Ocala rehab. The staff is not helpful. The therapist are wonderful , if you don't have issues that inhibit your focus because of pain. My loved one had a severe bowel blockage and instead of treating the severe problem, they just kept filling her with multiple enemas, magnesium, miralax. When I questioned what was the next step (maybe a visit to ER) I was given a puzzled look. After 2 days of my loved one suffering we did go to ER, but nothing was done. Worst place ever. They put on a facade of caring but they don't. I wouldn't keep my dog there. My husband had a major Stroke and was sent to this place from the Hospital. I could not get there to feed him breakfast but was there from lunch until after I fed him dinner. A few times he came out of therapy in a paper shirt when I asked why they said he had food and drink all over himself. He was hungry and no one fed him so he tried to feed himself,sometimes the tray was not even close enough for him to reach. Next time I walke... read more
