I can't say enough good things about Encompass. My 89 year young Mom had a three week stay. She had spent 2 and a half months in Mayo and flat on her back with severe COVID complications. Mom had been in bed all that time. Encompass has Mom stronger, walking, smiling, participating, and once again enjoying life. They never give up on their patients. My mom was a patient here and loved everything about the facility! and the care! The nurses and CNAs were attentive, housekeeping very friendly, and therapist were highly skilled. And she loved the food too!! She was able to return home and Is doing great! Thank you Encompass!!

Let me begin by Acknowledging Kuiana, Case Manager @ Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jacksonville. She went on a Beyond to keep me updated on my husband's Progress every step of the way. She made all points of contact and ALL arrangements for his stay and ALL arrangements for his post discharge care as well. She along with the care team, pinpointed and made all arrangements for EVERYTHING that he would need, including his post discharge medical care. I can't say enough. This is beautiful new rehab facility here in Jax! Their building is absolutely beautiful. The inside is just as clean and welcoming. The staff answered my questions and were very kind. The therapy gym is amazing! They have so much equipment and room for patients to have individualized space and even two private treatment rooms.
