Nurse patient ration was 1 to 15 this past week, management isn't doing a very good job if you ask me!! Why can't they keep staff?? My father is suffering for their failure to staff!

DO NOT GO HERE OR LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE. They will seem fine until you question something or ask for something out of their routine. Then they "black list" certain patients lowering your care level because you upset them. If you give them a bad review on the survey when you leave and need to go back again, they will decline to admit you because you didn't give them a glowing review. Not a nice place.

After a friend suffered a stroke and was brought to this facility. I was optimistic about the rehabilitation and care he would receive. While the facility is clean and attractive and visitors are welcomed, the nursing staff is absolutely unkind. They bark at the patients and are not interested in anything more than what is convenient for them. I am a healthcare professional and I am appalled by the incompetence and lack of kindness my family is experiencing from the MD and social services at Health South. There is no "expertise " at this facility. They seem completely ignorant of my Dad's medical picture. The "case manager" has been intent on berating my Mom while offering no resources or problem solving
