Incompetent and doesn't really care about the patients they bring in. Wouldn't send your love one here unless you have the time to be next to their side 24/7. Still waiting on a call from the caseworker, a month later after the facility made a bad judgment call on medication and landed my mom back in the ICU needing surgery. To say I'm disappointed, is a understatement! The care my mother received and the lack of ownership this Facility has taken in their mistakes and wrong doings is mind blowing.

Not a place to have a family member, no return phone calls or updates. It's difficult to get information on what is going on during Covid, due to restrictions of not being able to physically go in. My family member fell, going to the restroom alone and never received a call or information supporting what occurred. The only reason we are aware is the family member informed us. Now the left side is swollen from shoulder to foot. Thank goodness they moved her to another facility, but now therapy is harder for the almost 90 fam... read more

How about treating patients with respect my dad is blind! No accommodations for the blind. So glad I got him out of there. End of story bad week. You guys are not running a very patient focused facility !

Encompass didn't schedule my husband for any therapy for 2 whole days right before his discharge. He was never transitioned out of his wheelchair to independent walker use but no wheelchair was ever ordered for him at discharge and only a walker was sent home with him.
