Verified Renter I like my apartment, but my neighbors are loud. The staff is friendly and helpful, for the most part. The maintenance staff is pretty much always on top of things and are always around.

Verified Renter My husband and I have living here for 3 yrs, I can honestly say that this has to be the most quiet complex I have lived at. Our neighbors are quiet and very nice. The one thing I think the complex can work on is the parking. Add a little more lighting in the parking lot for those of us That leave to work at 5am other than that I enjoy living here

Verified Renter Just moved in - loving it so far! The only complaints I have is there is a lot pigeon poop in carport area and stairwells and this is a gated community, but the gates going into the buildings, from the street, are left wide open and have no code or scanning mechanism to get in, so anyone can just walk in.

Verified Renter Friendly staff and a great apartment-just a little hard to get ahold of for certain things. Overall, happy with my move-in experience. The apartments are cute, and mine was well-cleaned at move in.

The location is great, close to the things we need but still tucked away in a quiet place where we enjoy the scenery of the community and the amenities it has to offer. Maintenance is the best, completing requests in a timely manner. We could not be happier here and look forward to renewing our lease next year!
