Verified Renter A few hiccups when moving in & dealing with the leasing office. But the area is nice and quiet . Parking is the one thing i actually hate!!! the spots are too close together and not everyone parks right so that’s annoying you can barely get in your car without hitting the car . But they host events & food trucks come by so that’s nice.

Verified Renter overall, it is a good place to live, with a great maintenance team and affordable rent. the staff can be a little hard to deal with when it comes to correct billing and sorting out mishaps. The community is very laid back and safe.
Verified Renter Morgan really made the process easy and was very polite as I navigated through my lease. In my few days here however, I noticed that there are tenants who do not clean up after their dogs which makes for a bad experience around the park and grass areas to walk your dog especially at night.
Verified Renter Just moved in 10/31/24... so far a little bumpy start...I suggest to get a covered or reserved spot... parking is ridiculous here without that...dryer didn't work... going on 3 days to get fixed... hidden fees popped up at signing(prorated plus first month rent was due on 10/31)... we were notified at the end of business day prior to move in that we were approved but could only pick up keys between 430pm-630pm day of move in.
