Dr Mark as they call him went over and beyond for me. Over two weeks of hell I had painful issues which he addressed. One in particular was a nightmare. The pain started this past Friday night it was excruciating pain . Monday I called the emergency line . The took me in fast . Dr Marc and his assistant who was so kind . Made me feel at ease . He worked hard 2.5 hours mind you I was in his chair , I thank God for this kind compassionate Dr . I actually slept first time in a while . No Pain omg how wonderful is that! ... read more

Caring staff. Wait usually isn't too long. Doctors are wonderful and listen. Cleanings are always pleasant and pain free.

Dr Frank is personable, and efficient. He makes an otherwise dreadful process, very managable
Dr Frank Cattanese is the sweetest man in the world. Will do anything you ask to make you more comfortable. Super funny. Tells you that you're a great patient. Really cares about you and your pain. Just an awesome guy that deserves every best doctor achievement ever. The other dentists are awesome too, I just really love Dr. Frank
there trying to extort me to pay saying problem with insurance but I already paid and insurance already coverd there part they call months later saying there a problem when there never was they are very unprofessional and do not know how to bill properly

Horrible customer service. I've had multiple issues with them with my billing. They don't seem to know what is covered. They tried to charge me three times as much for the same service that my husband received and we are on the same insurance plan. They apologized and corrected how they put it in and then gave me the same price he received..but then I kept getting texts about a balance I owed and when I'd go there and ask them about it they told me to ignore the texts that it was an error in their system. So 10 months ago had a very positive experience, this time for simple cleanings and billing, this place is horrible. My insurance covers 2 cleanings and x-rays per year. Encore bills my insurance and then you have to call them to have the extra charges waived ( for a full set of x-rays). They did this for my wife who visited in May. My appointment was in June and so was my daughter's. I checked before hand that the x-ray would be covered by insurance, and they said yes, but if there are any extra charges, they would waive t... read more

i went once over 18 months ago. they couldn't help me. now,they keep sending me ''time for your teeth cleaning'' every 6 month i keep calling and telling them ''not only am i not a patient but i have full dentures!!! no proffesional teeth cleaning necessary!!!'' but they keep sending reminders!!
