BEWARE!!!! Please! Stay far away from Encore Dental in Lacey and Jackson! Have a terrible toothache, they took X-rays, said come back next day for root canal, gave me Ibuprofen 800 mg plus Tylenol 500, I told them I'm on blood thinners they said it's fine, no it's not fine I spoke to my hematologist. No ibuprofen while on blood thinners! Additionally they should have cleared me with antibiotics first. But this meat market is in too much of a hurry! First and last time at this office to see the oral surgeon .. it took me 6 weeks to get into see the Oral surgeon and it was a joke. Extremely unprofessional office. And don't leave any earrings there when you have a CT of jyour mouth because they won't be there when you call to get them back.

My wife has been going to Encore Dental for a year for the same thing. Her "so called" permanent tooth keeps falling out and her partial has not fit correctly three times! Their lab leaves a lot to be desired and it is very frustrating to see her go through all this after spending thousands on her mouth. It's disgusting. Never again will she be going back to that place. We may even think of suing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant recommend thomas j mcdonald oral surgeon all he seems to care about is money like how much your insurance will pay him
