I had to have a root canal and Dr Whiting & his assistant Adriana did a great job. This was my first root canal so was pretty nervous but there was nothing to be nervous about--it only took around an hour and not painful at all. I had been in so much pain the previous 3 weeks that I was just so grateful to get the issue taken care of. I have been to the Ft Collins office for a consult & then Loveland office for procedure---all very professional & courteous staff. Highly recommend!
Edit- 1:51 PM 4/16/24- I was contacted by some marketing lady trying to justify the ridiculous experience I had. No refund, offer of any kind. Other than she will use this experience to train their team and that she was sorry. What a joke. Hopefully their team will be trained up and better for the next patient behind me. I still remain unsatisfied and let her know that. She responded with I have nothing else at this time and she wished be a good day. Beautiful, well equipped offices. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Endodontist and tech were knowledgeable and calming. Entire procedure was pain free.
This was my first root canal so I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. The technician and the doctor were so professional and pleasant during my procedure that I actually enjoyed listening to their conversation! I had absolutely no issues during or following the procedure! I would highly recommend Endodontics to anyone needing dental work done!
Dr. and assistant very thorough, personable, professional. Explained everything well and completely, answered questions and while doing the work, were very focused and careful. Appreciated all of that.
