Guy came late, no updates throughout the entire day, called and texted him no answer. Called dispatch/main office they have no idea where when or how long or what needs to even be done regarding the service call. Said theyd call back, and didnt. Finally "Preston" texts back saying hed be there "between 430 and 5", 1 hr past the scheduled 4 hr window mind you, no explanation or applogies, not even a call back on how system went once he completed.
