Guy came late, no updates throughout the entire day, called and texted him no answer. Called dispatch/main office they have no idea where when or how long or what needs to even be done regarding the service call. Said theyd call back, and didnt. Finally "Preston" texts back saying hed be there "between 430 and 5", 1 hr past the scheduled 4 hr window mind you, no explanation or applogies, not even a call back on how system went once he completed. Tech was nice and when queried said it would take maybe 15 minutes to replace outdated modems on my solar inverters and another 29 minutes to connect. Modem cards are maybe $300 each (need 2). Quote came back at nearly $5,000 ! That comes out to labor rate of over $4,000 per hour! You are a freaking rip off company and seem bent on fleecing your customers. How to improve? Charge a reasonable labor rate and don’t assume your customers are gullible idiots. They are not.Â
