Daniel Castro reviewed the battery and explained the process which involves getting a replacement battery from LG and scheduling a time where the old battery will be replaced with the new one by EnergyAid.

The service was fine and completed on the service date; however, I was forced to wait months for this service date. During this wait time my solar system was down, so I was paying Sunrun & my electric company @ a time when my system could have been making extra energy for the “true-up” in April.
