Rudy showed up early, right at 8. I noticed a message from him at 6:30 AM. He was very polite and got right to the problem in no time. Powur solar is trying to get the original installer to fix the problem but I’d rather have Rudy come back. I’m a plumbing contractor and I know good service when I see it. Hats off to you for employing such a great technician. Max and Yvonne Raney
