Rudy and Noah arrived on time today to very professionally and quickly remove our recalled LG battery, install it's replacement and confirm correct operation. They then packed up the recalled battery and arranged for it's pickup for return to LG and made sure the work area was completely cleaned up before leaving. You could not expect better service than what Rudy and Noah provide.
