We rented a car at the Orlando airport. The line was long but the wait was short. We received an amazing car! Great Service.
We rented a car at the Orlando Airport for a conference. The service was excellent. The car was impeccable. On the last day, we developed a medical emergency and my wife was hospitalized. I called to extend the rental time for an unlimited amount of time because of the unknown forecast of my wife's illness. The customer service rep was exceptionally great, and we had no issues extending our rental time. Because of a weather-related change in travel plans, we had to reserve a car in Orlando last minute. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone at Enterprise Orlando was polite and professional and eager to please. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was about the only thing that went smoothly the whole day. Thank goodness for Enterprise.
As always, the service at Enterprise at Orlando International airport was great! As a frequent traveler to Florida, I wouldn't even consider any other car rental service.

I used the convenient kiosk in the rental agency area of the terminal and was able to skip the line and go directly to the garage where I was met by an employee who knew my name and took me to my car. Everything was so smooth and easy, including the return check-in.
We have always had a good experience with Enterprise. The last time we rented a vehicle from Enterprise, we were upgraded to a Cadillac SUV for no additional charge. The service to rent and return is always done expeditiously. I will continue to rent a vehicle from Enterprise.
