Simple and easy. Rented a Corvette convertible, had my pick of two. Car was new and clean. Very simple return. Reasonably priced. What's not to love? I use them whenever possible. Now if only they added a few Ferraris to the fleet!
We booked the car ahead of time, which was good because when we got there, they were not taking walk ups. The car we rented was a new Chevy Impala. It was the size we needed and didn't smell of smoke (huge plus). Returning the car was easy, almost too easy - we left the car parked in the garage with the key in the ignition! I loved that we got the recipet via email as soon as they checked the car in. We will be using this service again!
Totally impressed by the service by the Orlando Airport Enterprise Rental Car team! They walked us to the car which was very clean. Very satisfied with the cost as well. Plan to be a return customer.
Great customer service provided by ERAC! Very swiftly and efficiently went through the process of receiving our SUV. We were upgraded to an SUV from a PCAR..which more fit our needs. Our ERAC specialist got us in and out quickly and on our way to vacation. Car was fully fueled..very clean..and odor free!
Car was great. Car lot agents were great. Car dropped off counter agents were great (another city). So why the three stars? Counter service at MCO needs more training and here's why - I was the only one in the regular line. One person waiting in Plus line. Both agents were busy. Very friendly staff!!! Free upgrade with no hastles...had a great tip with wonderful experience at that low cost!!! I have been with Enterprise for over a decade now and dont just feel enough reasons to switch to ay other rental ever!!!
Rented a Challenger. Great price. However, it was dirty and spotty from the carwash. Really poor job on a dark gray car... The radio had two channels only, not working really. Both employees we came in contact with, intake and check-in, were very pleasant. Our check-in lady took 40.00 off for the radio when I mentioned it. Loved the car, by the way. Would rent from them here again in Orlando.
