Customer service went above and beyond. Gentleman at service counter was so patient answering questions regarding the tolls. After checking in he personally walked us to the lot to pick up our car. The lady that helped us pick out our car had just started and was very pleasant also and explained everything. We have never been disappointed renting from Enterprise.

I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days due to Blizzard Jonas. The hotel I was staying at had Hertz rental service but the prices were way too high. I searched on Kayak app and Enterprise had a reasonable rate and was able to make reservations straight from my phone. Pickup was easy. They had a convenient kiosk at the airport. I printed my receipt and headed straight to the car rental area. I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff number whom showed me the car right away. Big airport but big selection of vehicles. Enterprise is streamlined and they greet you personally and take you (walk you) to your vehicle and answer any questions you have. I was thoroughly impressed. The only downside is not with Enterprise but with Orlando. Prepare to pay tolls almost everywhere you go. I got around them by going on frontage roads and others via a GPS that was avoiding tolls but it was tough even for an updated Garmin. Enjoy!

Easiest, fastest car rental experience I have ever had. Pre-completed some of the required info on my phone on the way to the counter, which was in the airport. Car was brought to me, and off we went. Return was just as easy, and no surprise fees. Highly recommended.

Reservations are easy, service courteous, but still not as fast as with some of the competitors. Nevertheless, I like renting with Enterprise.

They were fast efficient and provided some great tips. Check in and check out were easy. I like that they had hourly rental on the 3rd day due to the fact I wouldn't be renting the whole day. Most others charge full day. Would rent from them again.

Customer Service was outstanding. I purchased a premium car specifically to get the Chrysler 300. They did not have one, but offered to upgrade for the same price. I declined and settled for a 2016 Charger and was not disappointed! Drop off was effortless and less than 10 minutes.
