Very accomodating folks. Wanted to get a cadillac as the father of the bride, got upgraded to an escalade instead. Love them!!
Great car along with great service. Only thing wrong was they had about 12 corvettes sitting there for rent at a great deal and we needed a four door car ! Now that would have been fun!
The absolute best service and price anywhere. We got a great car at a low price and the staff at the Orlando Fl Airport were friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. Won't rent a car from anyone else.

Excellent service in FL last week. Young staffers are outstanding and role models for other Millenials. Easily upgraded to a larger vehicle for a resonable price and return at the airport was quick and efficient in large part because of the lovely young woman who checked me in. BTW, this is just the latest in several Enterprise rentals this year. I do a lot of business travel and Enterprise has become my go-to vendor. Very pleased with my experience both in the pickup and the return. Both times I did not have to wait and the staff was polite, professional, and quick. I ended up with a reliable, comfortable car that didn't have any problems. Highly recommend Enterprise and will use them again.

Fantastic and professional service. I loved that everyone I dealt with greeted me with a handshake. Nice touch. Quick pickup and even quicker drop off. The vehicle was immaculate and packed with features. Given my choice of rental agencies, I will choose enterprise over and over.
Incredibly easy and straight forward process. Not only was I not upsold or charged additional fees, but the staff even assured me that I didn't need to pay extra for GPS (my AT&T service would, and did, work just fine everywhere I went in the Orlando area). If I had one complaint, it would be that they got me out of there so smoothly that I didn't notice the car had a Start button instead of a key (I'm sure I'm notthe only one that this is new to), so I fumbled about a bit figuring that out.
