Frequent business traveler with many trips to the MCO area. While I occasionally rent from non Enterprise companies, I'm always reminded why Enterprise is the go to choice - professional team, a variety of clean well maintained vehicles, and competitive prices.

Very friendly staff at the MCO airport. Made things very simple and quick, lot less small print type stuff than others. was a couple hours late and they understood and waived the extra day fee.

Enterprise made the entire ordeal of getting a rental car a breeze. The car was immaculate and the pick up and drop-off procedures were quick and painless. I will most definitely rent from Enterprise when I travel in the future. So refreshing to find a company that still values its customers and treats them accordingly. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Enterprise. The car was ready quickly, as advertised, with no lines and no waiting. We were not around for the rush, though - it was 10 PM when we came in.Everything worked as expected in the car, and it seemed to be in good condition.

What can you say about a rent-a-car company that takes your call at 10:45, waits on you within 15 minutes, uses their personal phone to call around to help you because you left your cell in a strange city in a cab, give you directions on how to get the the cabbie, at return it takes 2 minutes to check in? Oh, I know.... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing it would make them perfect? Invest in a couple of wheelchairs...

I had a one day rental at the Orlando International Airport location because it was cheaper than taking a taxi where I needed to go. And although it was still cheaper than cab fare, the one day cost was a bit pricey for a Dodge Dart. The service is always prompt and courteous and it was no exception this time. I will continue to use Enterprise whenever I need to rent a vehicle.

The wait for my reservation was a little long but the service people and the car were awesome. Compared to the other people we knew that rented cars from other places Enterprise was far and above them. Really good service and very friendly people thank you so much
