I had reservation, so after flight I went to counter and it was quick and easy, Credit Card and Licence. After being directed to garage, I was greeted by happy young man and he asked my name and took me to cars and showed me three to choose from at same price. It was normal walk around and then on tablet he had, I declined and chose bring back full and signed on tablet. Quick and easy. Great service! It was a nice almost new Toyota also, enjoyed it. Return was even more easy.

This was the best experience I have had by far with Enterprise! Very quick, no hassle check in and pick up of car without being pushed into upgrading like I was in the past that took up an additional 20 min. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There has clearly been a change in the last year, keep it up!

I had serious issues regarding the comfort of the car I chose. I was instructed to return it and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They are the best outstanding!!!
