It would have been nice to use the PayPal option. It just makes on-line purchasing easier and less worry free. I liked the options and descriptions of what I was purchasing and that my statement is very clear.
Our uniforms were inexpensive, great quality and arrived in a timely manner! We were able to purchase shirts and shorts for less than what most jerseys cost. The boys thought that was cool and the parents loved the price. This is my second season to order!

I had a link for free shipping that didn't appear at check out. I tried to talk with a live person but was 20-something in line with a wait time of 48 minutes - crazy. This is gift for a non-profit boys football team with youth who are economically-challenged. I have purchased from Epic Sports many times over the last few years for items for my volleyball teams that I coach. I appreciate the selection and the quickness of processing the orders. I wish shipping was either free or reduced. My average order is under $20 and the minimum shipping is over $5. That makes it really difficult to order only one item. I would also aprreceiate getting rewards for making multiple purchases. Otherwise, I am a satisfied customer.

I wish there was a little more clarity on the date the shipment is to arrive. It's a little unclear when you have a 1 - 2 day processing time.
