I am curious as to why paypal is not an option. Although I am uncertain of the security standards, paypal is associated with a feeling of a secure check out experience, and it is widely available everywhere. My wife did not like the fact that paypal was not available. There was a hesitation at the purchase point. The shipping time is something that I would like to see improved. I love this website! I have almost always found what I am looking for and the prices are spectacular. I have recommended Epic to everyone that is in need of any athletic gear. My only negative is that the shipping could be a little quicker. This order placed Aug 28 has an estimated shipping date of 9/15, so greater than a two week delivery time for standard ground. I have been ordering most of my sporting needs from this company as the prices are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that the delivery time is horrendous.... read more

Well advertised, easy to find all items and well-explained options. A great price was just a bonus explanation point! easy to order even if you did not play that sport.
I was not impressed with the shipping options. I purchased on 9/12 and chose the next day $30 shipping, and it stated that my order would arrive 9/16???? Why did I pay $30?
The coaches loved the shirt I picked out I had someone hack my credit card number shortly after my online purchase with Epic. Spending almost $1,000.00. But we loved the items we received.
I ordered 22 pairs of socks and was disappointed that I didn't get a break on the unit cost for ordering so many. I did call and ask if there was anything that could be done and was told a flat out no way.
