I called customer service before my last order was shipped to add another item. I spoke with a young lady I believe named Vesper. She added the item immediately and all three items arrived at the same time. She was very helpful and made the process painless.
I have been pleased with Epic Sports but if I could add one thing it is on the ordering of numbers and names to not just show them written out but in the colors ordered. It is hard to tell if your order is exactly what you think it is. Otherwise I have no complaints. Epic Sports has accomplished what I desired.
