It was frustrating when I had a question and I called and it was a 45 minute wait to talk to somebody.
I don't think that Epic Sports is a bad outfit except for the fact that their web site is not tops. For instance, why offer crew socks in the soccer section? Only knee high soccer socks should be offered in the soccer section.
It was easy to order and I understood everything. My only complaint would be that-when we called for help-we felt the representative was really pushy about trying to get us to order more than we wanted to even after we told him we weren't financially able to order more than what we needed. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
