“Great product...difficult buying process” We are underneath a large organization that manages all of the schools in our county. In order to process the order, we had to have the lead treasurer call in to verify the billing address. This is a frustrating and time consuming process for her, and because of it she's asked the schools to no longer purchase from Epic Sports. “Double check the sizes, items run small compared to what I'm used to. Good quality” The clothing sizes were small compared to shopping at our local sporting goods store. Next time, I will order a larger size. When calling customer service, I had to wait over 40 minutes each time. (Thank goodness for speaker phones.) Overall, items were good quality. I will purchase from Epic again.

“Size's” You need to do better at description of size's. A 2xl in a skirt fits but the 2xl in the break away pants are much to big
“Excellent employees” Took time to ask where I wanted the benches rather than choosing a spot and putting it down. All pieces were there, and in excellent shape.

“Package Delivered” I received my order of Baseball Jerseys in a timely manner. Overall the Shirts were quality, but the jerseys were delivered in a cardboard box with no plastic wrapping to cover the jerseys to avoid bad weather and or dirt ruining the product.
