The site can be confusing, especially when order screws and other football related hardware. I would also like to see some sort of rewards program that is common with other retailers.

i was on hold for 30 minutes to get the team price that I received on 8/9/16 with my original order only to be told that the price could only be honored if I called back within 2 weeks of order (which would have been 8/23). After I hung up I thought - that was only 3 weeks ago and I didn't receive the order the next day. I felt that was not good customer service. I loved the wide selection of products and colors that you had. The prices were reasonable. The only thing I don't like much is the S&H should not be charge or just charge for Flat fee of $5 is good enough Thanks I am concerning about the S&H is too high. Also, the products that exchange should not have to pay S&H again. thanks
the lack of cross reference between the stock number in the catalog and the actual stock number of the item you receive make a review of the items received impossible. you seldom know if you received the correct item. I have complained before to no avail!!!!
I think you should have novelty shirts of other sports! And I am hoping that this website is secure like you say! coupons could be offered that would be good!
