At the expense of me not getting great deals in the future, I think you could do a better job at marketing to more serious soccer players. Your ball selection, at least, is quite good and your prices almost always beat your competitors.

Customer service when there is a return is below standard. Epic Sports is not able to compensate customers for returns. This is a huge deterrent from ordering from Epic Sports in the future. I had hoped to order socks for our team for October Breast Cancer Awareness but based on my last order error that resulted in me reordering new socks, I probably won't order for this company again. Very disappointed.
